Furlink Terms of Service & EULA

Greetings and welcome to Furlink!

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into between the Furlink Team ("Company," "Website," or "Application") and users of Furlink and its associated services ("you" or "Member"). This Agreement governs your use of Furlink for communicating with other Members and accessing other online services ("Services"). By clicking the "Register" button or using the Services, you acknowledge that this Agreement is a binding contract between you and Furlink, and NOT with Apple Inc.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Services. Furlink reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Revised terms will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website or application.

1. Membership Eligibility Requirements

By registering for a Furlink account, you certify and guarantee the following:

You are at least 18 years of age.

You are not prohibited from using the Services under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdictions.

You have never been convicted of a felony, sex crime, or any crime involving violence.

All registration information provided is accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

2. Membership Terms and Termination

You may create an account manually or via Third-Party Accounts (Google, Facebook, Apple ID). You may terminate your membership at any time by emailing ladylucky56@163.com. Furlink may terminate your membership for any reason, effective immediately upon notice. No refunds will be issued if termination is due to a breach of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions on Commercial Usage

Furlink is intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. Organizations and businesses are prohibited from becoming members. Any unauthorized use (e.g., gathering member data for spam or creating competitive services) is strictly forbidden.

4. Permitted Usage and License (EULA)

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Furlink grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.

Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that Furlink, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and its content.

Maintenance and Support: Furlink is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Application.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Furlink owns all intellectual property rights associated with the Application and Services. You may not copy, modify, or sell any proprietary information without prior written consent.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Safety Policy

Due to the interactive nature of Furlink, the following rules apply to all content posted by users:

Zero-Tolerance Policy: Furlink maintains a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding objectionable content and abusive users. There is no tolerance for content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, physical harm, harassment, or contains nudity/pornography.

Review and Removal: Furlink reserves the right to review and remove any Content at its sole discretion. Any content reported as objectionable will be reviewed within 24 hours and, if found in violation, will be removed immediately.

Reporting and Blocking: To ensure community safety, the Application provides built-in mechanisms for users to:

Report: Use the "Report" button on any content or profile to notify our moderation team of violations.

Block: Use the "Block" feature to immediately prevent another member from interacting with you or viewing your content.

Account Suspension: We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend the account of any user who violates these safety guidelines.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate third-party services. Your use is subject to their respective terms. Furlink does not guarantee the security or accuracy of third-party services.

8. Copyright Infringement Policy

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please provide our Copyright Agent (ladylucky56@163.com) with a detailed description and the location of the infringing material.

9. Member Interactions

You are solely responsible for all interactions with other Members. Use caution and good judgment. Furlink is not liable for the authenticity of information shared between Members.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is subject to Furlink’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

11. Suppliers

Furlink may engage third-party marketing partners ("Suppliers"). All services provided by Suppliers are provided "as is" without any warranties.

12. Account Suspension/Termination

Furlink may suspend or terminate accounts if: (a) a member expresses a loss of interest; (b) data deletion is requested; or (c) the member is identified on anti-fraud platforms.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Furlink, its affiliates, and Apple Inc. from any third-party claims arising from your breach of this Agreement or your violation of any laws.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Furlink provides the Services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application.

15. Limitation of Liability

Furlink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

16. No Use by Minors

Individuals under the age of 18 are not authorized to use Furlink. Any verified accounts belonging to minors will be immediately terminated.

17. Apple-Specific Provisions

Product Claims: Furlink, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application, including product liability or regulatory compliance.

Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of a third-party IP infringement claim, Furlink, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation and defense.

Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you.

18. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Language: The English version of this Agreement shall prevail.

Entire Agreement: This constitutes the entire understanding regarding your use of the Services.
